(81003002) This message below I continue to receive since Last month "The password you entered is incorrect. Click 'Try again' to re-enter it, or click 'Sign-in Problems?' if you have forgotten your ID or password. (81003002)" While I have tried the middle Tab "sign-in Problems?" with all its 4 Sub-options in order to avail it back but of no use... as the problem keep prevailing without any positive result... Can not understand why as it seems that the problem might have been at Yahoo servers and to avoid the complaints "this Silly message of 'Sign-In Problem' has been pasted to keep appearing all the times..." Even I have cleaned the yahoo cookies from my computer even that is no success.. Please help me and let me be able to sign in YM.. Thanks

just follow the steps

1. Open a web browser and go to http://my.t-mobile.com.
2. Click Forgot your password or Unlock your account.
3. Enter your mobile mobile number and ZIP code and click Continue.
4. Click Email, Text message or Security questions:
   • Email & Text message: Your phone or email inbox will receive a message containing the password. See phone how tos for steps on checking messages. If you have an internet device such as a tablet or USB laptop stick, use the alternate option of verifying the last 4 digits of primary account holder's SSN or the account PIN.
   • Security questions: Answer the questions continue to step 5.
5. On My T-Mobile, enter the temporary password and click Continue.
6. Enter a new password. The Save button will remain gray if the password requirements are not met.
7. Re-enter the new password and click Save Password.
8. You will be logged in to My T-Mobile.

f you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:

• Your birthday
• Your ZIP or postal code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
• Your alternate email address -Note: You must have access to this email address
• Country code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)

Be sure to provide the same information you gave the last time you registered for a new Yahoo! ID or password or the last time you updated your account.

reinstall your YM delete all foldres of YAhoo on your program files, download a clean YM installer, if nothing happens, check for virus

If you are sure you have the correct password, I would start with changing your user name that you are signing in with. Sometimes yahoo seems to want the "@yahoo.com" with the user name, and sometimes it does not.

If adding or removing the "@yahoo.com" part of the user name doesn't help, go through the "forgotten user name and password" steps.

this time your YM is ok... click file or sign-in and find preferences and choose your into your designated internet provide, example dial-up, broadband, ISP,, just choose... no need to uninstall...
