I would get an electrician to check the machine as it appears to have an earth fault on the machine wiring , This type of fault will operate the RCD quicker than the fuse will operate. I am a qualified electrician by trade.
Without actually taking meter readings I would suggest that its probably the thermostats that are fitted to the heater unit on the back of the appliance.
hi have the same dryer , if you look at the back of the machine you will see a thin whiteish tube check that this in in the outlets properly
