Kenmore refridgerator model # 795-75204402 The

Kenmore refridgerator model # 795-75204402.
The interior fan has started to make a noticeable noise.
Fridge works fine but just makes a racket.
Any suggestions? it is not the condensor but the circulating fan that goes off when you open the door.
The fan can only be accessed from inside the refrigerator and it looks like there is one screw in the bottom freezer compartment to take the panel off. I'm afraid there must be a sealer of some sort to keep the back panel in place.

I just moved into this house last month and I noticed the refridgerator seemed to be running all the time and/or making noises in the back. yesterday I noticed that the top (fridge) wasn't staying cold but...

Check to see if the underside is free of lint or dust. It may have gotten something blocking the condensor fan under the back side.

You may have to remove a paper panel off the back to see it.

With all that done, you may have an evaporator motor bad or hitting something. It normally blows cold air into the fridge compartment.

Hello,

You need to check for the refrigerator level, drain pan, condenser fan, evaporator fan and inspect the compressor mounts for the cause of noise. Any popping or hissing sound is normal on frost free refrigerators.

Good luck

Kenmore refridgerator not blowing cold air.

You need to replace the overload/relay . This is the piece plugged onto the side of the compressor , with 2 or 3 wires going to it . It is easily replaceable . Take your model number with you when you get the part kit , so you get the correct replacement . DO NOT use a 3 in 1 hard start . This item is used by inexperienced technicians , and will only last a short time . Get what is called for , for your refrig .

My 2 month old Amana Refridgerator with Freezer on

If your sure about spoiled food. Spoiled lemons are one of the worst, and the machine has not been abused, it's a problem of the selling dealer. Fan motors have been known to create an odor when their windings start to burn. Plastic items that become detached from the interior cabinet and wind up laying on the defrost heater which gets very hot during defrost is another, however, I would demand a service call (free) since everything on it is under warranty. Make sure it's creating the odor when the tech shows up.

Kenmore side by side refridgerator ice around freezer fan

I am looking up your refrigerator to see the right parts. Sounds like the defrost cycle is not happening. look for a defrost or adaptive defrost board. Check your model number again because I am not able to find the number listed. I will continue to check for the correct refrigerator and if you find a simple defost timer turn it clockwise slowly until you feel and hear a click. If you do and you may hear the elements heat up inside the freezer. If that happens just put a new defrost timer and you should be set. Sea Breeze

Newer kenmore elite trio refridgerator not cooling

The repair person came and in my case it was a start capacitator connected to the compressor. When he replaced the start capacitator the compressor came on immediately and started working. The charge $ 240 (Flat Rate) for the fix. The repair person told me its a universal start capacitator which I found online for $29. Worth trying to fix yourself before paying $240 if your a handy person.

Error message er if

Hi. Error FF is your Fresh Food Fan. Otherwords, the evaporator fan motor has failed. You should replace the motor and motherboard. You may get by just replacing the motor. Sears doesn't manufacture the refrigerator. They just pay extra to have Kenmore put on it. Its the manufacturer that needs to back their equipment. If you bought it from Lowes, you can't hold Lowes responsible for the ongoing issue. They sell the same refrigerator. Anytime this model refrigerator displays an Error code, unplug it for 5 miniutes and replug it. Sometimes it was a computer misfuction. Good luck! Mack
