My mobile get hang whenever i open any application or gallery

Dear sir my nokia c7 installed antivirus then i will go to application and open gallery no chance then mobile off and again on again restart screen showing but no open all gallery

If your mobile has memory card delete unwanted files or delete files in gallery, unwanted messages, applications in your phone memory and free its space. my suggestion for you, don't always store to the end of you memory. then mobile will function slow and gets hanged.

Download and install all the avilable media gallery, VAIO Event service & Platform library updates on the drivers page. Make sure to select the correct operating system.

YOU MUST HAVE INSTALLED AN APPLICATION ON YOUR MEMORY CARD WHICH IS NOW BLOCKING GALLERY.FOR EXAMPLE CORE PLAYER OFTEN BLOCKS THE GALLERY IN MOST OF MOBILES.TRY FIRST UNINSTALLING SOME APPLICATION.STILL IF GALLERY IS NOT OPENING THEN YOU HAVE TO FORMAT YOUR MEMORY CARD.DO NOT FORGET TO BACK UP ALL YOUR DATA BEFORE FORMATTING MEMORY CARD. DOING FORMAT WILL SURELY SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

try... removing ur memory card and try opening the gallary..
if still it dosnt open then u need a full phone format

the battery and phone softwareneeds attention.plz, ask nokia care to check these items.

yez.,, its a hardware problem, you just have to replace the bluetooth module of your phone, or go to a near repair cellshop and ask them to do that,, when you open gallery it only stuck up on opening and when u use your camera, it says temporary overload ryt?? and some application won't work, the only thing is to replace the bluetooth module of your phone

i use that phone but never being like that.i think you should check all setting back
