If it is a low level white noise, you may have some form of RF noise that is being picked up by the driver mounted servo system.

Then it could be something else as well.

Best to contact Velodyne to see about service for your unit.

Buzzing noise from TV when playing DVD/Photos

Usually this noise is the result of a bad cable. Unplug to see if noise goes away. If so, try different cables.Has solved that problem for me several times over the years.

GETTING INTERFERANCE FROM TRUCK,SQUELCH IS TURNED 3/4 ROUND TO STOP NOISE .HAVE TRIED CHANGING BOX,ARIEL,CABLE AND MOUNT,ALSO TRIED TAKING POWER STRAIGHT FROM BATTERIES, NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO TRY?

Try this. While with the engine running and radio on, while you hear the noise, disconnect the antenna wire from the radio. (DO NOT KEY IT).

If the noise is gone, then the noise is coming in from the antenna. A new location may be needed.

If the noise is still there then its coming in from the power line. You need to get a ground loop isolator. Make sure its not one for RCA cables. You need one for the power line. It connects to your power source, and then your radio connects to it. this will take most of the noise out.

Noise in my car amp.

sounds like you have a bad ground going to your rca's. try running a wire from ground to the shield of your rcas and see if the noise goes away.

Humming noise in amp

You must break it down through a process of eliminating items. With the system running unplug the RCAs from the amp. Do you still hear the noise? Try turning the gain down on the amp a bit and increasing the subwoofer level on the head unit instead. Make sure you have a low pass crossover set (probably below 80Hz).
Does the noise change with engine RPM?
Try a different RCA cable. I find that most times noise filters will make the problem worse not better. If none of the above things work, check that the grounds within the car are good, battery to frame, to engine block and chassis. Sometimes a bad vehicle ground is the cause. If all else fails, hook it up to someone else's system and see how it works.

TV won't stay turned on, no picture, started making high pitched noise

That high pitched noise you're hearing is the power supply telling you that it has too much of a load on it and lowered its operating frequency which in effect cuts its output way down! Normally you don't hear any thing since the power supply operates at a frequency that's beyond human hearing. In an RCA this indicates more than likely that your horizontal output transistor is shorted and this short was caused by the flyback transformer shorting. This is a common happening with RCA's You'd need to take to a tv shop and have it checked out. Stargazer
