Press and hold [ENTER] and the number 3 button together on remote (while pointed towards unit) for 10 seconds, then release. This should restore the remote command to your unit.

Press (Enter) at the start point and end point of the section you want to erase, then use the up/down button to select "Next". Then, select "Erase" to delete the unwanted sections. The message displayed means that the remote control and unit are not communicating and the remote needs to be programmed. For example, if the unit displays “SET 2”, press and hold [2] and [ENTER] or [OK] for more than 2 seconds.
