I have a 1995 sunfire car and i dont know where

Jim, Remove passenger side kick panel to access the fuse box where horn fuse is located #3 fuse in your manual, box fairly high up under dash. Horn relay under hood/engine compartment fire wall.

My '98 Chevy Cavalier has the same problem. Sunfire's and Cavalier's are pretty the exact same car, exept for the body. I'm currently trying to figure this problem out myself, once I know, I'll let you know.

The oil filter is located on top of the engine underneath the egine cover.... when you takee the cover off it will be down by the intake manifold on the right hand side. it looks like there is just a black cover with a nut on top it is a 36mm nut and can be tricky to get loose if you dont have a short socket. the filter is a cartidge that is under that cap

Under your hood there is a box that looks like a fuse box. It contains relays. Replace the one marked horn.

should be on the right hand inner fender behind the headlight

each wheel has a sensor and each one maybe different than to the others

THE HORN CURCUIT IS CONNECTED TO THE CIGARETTE LIGHTERS FUSE CURCUIT. ITS A 15A FUSE IF THE LIGHTER WORKS THEN YOUR HORN IS PROBABLY DEAD.

96 sunfire - press horn and you hear the relay neer the glove box but there is no horn noise. I can't even locate the horn. Any suggestions?

test thermostat: turn on heater...is there plenty of heat blowing?
if not, replace thermostat.
if yes, then replace coolant, but flush cooling system before new coolant goes in.
