Sound problems sir i have a serious problems is when i play any songs or movie i can not hear sound when i press mute in twice or thrice then sound play but automatically after 1 to 2 minutes same problems. can you help me.

Are you forget to install sound driver during installing operating system on your laptop? So first check that drivers are properly install or not. If it is not install, install it. If already installed, try to update it.

Still you are not getting any sound on your dell laptop so it also possible that the sound card is possibly dead.
