Your kidding right ? The oil pump is mechanical not electric , no relay .
Full pressure lubrication, through a full-flow oil filter is supplied by a gear-type oil pump. Oil is drawn up through the oil pump screen and passes through the pump to the oil filter.
Checlk the oil worm gear is driving the pump. If this isnt the problem then try the following:-
The type of oil pump fitted to these models is prone to getting blocked. Remove the oil pump. The gear on top should turn freely, give the pump a clean and clean the oil pipe to the tank by removing the oil cap and blowing through with an air line. If the oil in the tank contains alot of dirt, empty/clean and replace. The filter on the oil is an open plastic cage type and often will draw large sawdust particles through it. Easily rectified tho.
A loss of pressure on this type of washer is normally caused by failing water seals and check valves in the pump. You will need to replace both of these using a pump rebuild kit that will be available by contacting the manufacturer of your machine. The pump oil used will be 30W non-detergent.
I don't know about that brand of power washer. We used several types of power washers over the years, and they each called for 20 or 30 weight non-detergent oil in the pump. SAE 20 or SAE 30
The pump oil comes about half way up inside the pump.
The engine oil is 10W30
Do not turn a power washer on its side or upside down or oil will run into carburetor.
If the oil is at the proper level and has the proper type of oil in it then it could be a bad pump or a clogged filter. Replace the oil filter and make sure you have the proper oil type in the vehicle. If this doesn't resolve the issue then look at replacing the pump.
water pumps doesn't require oil in the pump; but your engine does require. if the water pump is of "self priming" type, fill the pump casing with water before starting the machine to avoid damage to the water seals.
If you are using 6CFM vacuum pump then it's need 16 OZ.of oil & you should change every 10 Hrs of vacuuming. You can use Yello jacket vacuum pump oil also.
