Forgotten password for acer lap top

Bought it from my daughter in law and put a new pass word in it but i have now forgotten the password and want to know how i can by pass it and reset my password

Forgot Windows 7 Password, you can remove or reset it. For removing Windows Passwords in safety, I highly recommend windows password reset tools. Last week, and then I downloaded one and used it to remove the lost password successfully.

Hi,

You can restore the computer back to factory default,to do so, follow the below steps: Turn OFF the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction.
NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer.

The password is for windows or for bios and if for windows any virsion of windows you use

I have a 6560pro book b lap top on my login screen at the top it reads SafeGuard Easy v4.50.3 under it reads SBTUSCYP6360WS and bottom of page reads PRESS F10 after entering pass word to change it. H
There is no way to know the PIN that was inputted. In order to get around this you must reload the operating system with the recovery disks.

It is connected to Tiscali but wont open internet, other lap top is fine using that to try and work out why it wont work. We have put the password in for the router, gets that but wont browse, originally...
try to ping websites. start>run>cmd> ping aim.com if it has replies it means you have an internet connection, if no replies you are not connected to internet. Now if it has replies and you cannot browse using IE then try to reinstall IE.

Can't get around forgotten password.
To clear the bios in a lap top disconect the power supply and un hook the battery and hold down the power on button for 30 seconds after that puth the battery back in and boot it up the password should be gone at this point!
