This just started happening a month ago. You finish a phone call or check you email and the next time you go to use it - it's turned off. The only way to turn it back on is to press the off and select buttons together, after a couple of minutes is reboots itself and shuts off again. You then have to restart. It also will not connect when you dial - sometimes - yesterday I had to reboot it 6 times. I turned it off last night and this morning checked email drove to work and when I got to work it had shut itself off and didn't even come back on when connected to the pc. Should I go back a version of software to fix this? The people at the ATT store were absolutely no help. . . .
