When dailing out, I am unable to connect to any calls. Also, I am able to receive calls, but I am unable to hear them and they are unable to hear me... Help!
that's exactly what has just happened to my phone. I hear the ringtone, I answer, and I hear nothing, nor does the party on the other end. This just happened randomly. Menu > Dail lock > Enter the password that you entered whole you swited ON the dail lock > Press Save >Press YES > 'Dial lock OFF' will be displayed > Press OFF

sounds like the phone line having a problem.
remove all of the wireless phone and replace with a known good old fashion phone (if you still have one). if the line is good then reattached each wireless one at a time.
if the phone line still will not let you dial out or receive call, then you need to call your local phone company, have them check out the line.
Hi everyone, after spending sometime scouring the internet to no avail in order to fix this problem it suddenly occurred to me that the little holes in the earpiece may have become blocked from sitting around in my pocket. I have carefully cleaned all three of them with a pin and Hey Presto I can hear fine again without going on loudspeaker. Rgds Bill
