I cant install themes to my SE w302.....

you have to download the themes based on SE w302 not other SE based themes

By the integrated browser in the SE just go to www.getjar.com and there you'll find many themes for your SE or At the links below you will be able to find millions of themes and download them free of charge. just look around in the page and you will find what you are looking for .
