Sonicwall content filter is a product for enterprises to block employees from reaching external websites.

Sadly you will not be able to get there without breaking company policy :(.

It is probably blocked by the company. Try to enter FB address here

If it works then your company is blocking it.

If your school or company has blocked Facebook, they are blocking it for reasons; takes away the user's concentration from work or studies and the site uses a lot of bandwidth.
You can still access FACEBOOK by using a proxy server. One is www.facebookproxy.co.uk. However, using may not be safe. Also, if your companies/school server security feature detects that it your are using a proxy, it may be blocked as well. You can search google for list of facebook proxies that may work with Facebook.

You don't. The Administrator of the company computers has internet access set to block certain websites.
You can't access Administrator level settings, therefore you cannot change them.

Should you somehow change them, the IT department will catch it in no time.

I think its a fraud mail because i searched for uk work permit and in it its written that company that employs you have to apply for work permit,an individual cannot apply himself directly for a work permit,also we indians will not qualify for a tier 1 visa due to our education not recognisable in uk hence we get no qualifying points for education.minimum points reqd is 75.

You might get in trouble with your company for bypassing their proxy but there are a few sites you can try:

ProxyBypass.org
BypassThat.com

Keep in mind however that if your office's proxy uses a White List as opposed to a Black List, it may not do you any good. A Black List blocks only certain websites, whereas a White List blocks all but certain websites.
