5: picture download phone to computer:I don't know anything about a disk, but I got my pic off my phone with a usb cable and my computer recognized it. I run with Media xp. Now on my older PC I just sent the pic to my t-mobile account and them sent them to my photo ablum. It's a drawn out process and take more time then the cd, but like I said I never got a disk with my phone neither. I hope this helped
REINSTALL SOFTWARE:Dear customer, Try to use the code *#7370# to do a master reset on ur N70, this usuauly works. Or else try formating the phone , press (send + * + 3) keys at same time then press power key until power on and keep pressing the three keys for 40sec. If the above given solutions dont have the desired effect then you have to search for cracked phoinex software and flash your phone with USB cable if still the same then it is hardware problem ( either faulty OMAP or faulty RAM
try to remove the case of your mobile phone...and wipe,clean or blow the keypads...maybe the dust is blocking the keypads...if it's not working....it needs to be repair...maybe your keypad is defective :)
There is a jumper that resets the bios clock password etc...etc
You need to locate it 3 pin set 1 jumper and look for <norm/reset> in small white print.

At the back of the drive, you should be able to see the jumper setting. There must be a small jumper in as well. Have a look at the pic, and just set it to slave and you should be set.
The keypad contacts in the remote will be contaminated I can talk you through fixing it. you will need
a med thin guitar plectrum(pic)
methylated spirits
lint free cloth(tea towel will do).
Now I will take you through opening and cleaning the remote keypad.
remove the batteries and clip om cover
slip the guitar pic under the edge of the remote.
run it around whilst gently levering the cases apart
it will open with some patient effort and then pretty much fall to pieces
clean the pcb/contact board with the cloth moistened with metho
clean the button silicon rubber contact pads.
be sure that no bits of lint or residue are left on either the pcb or the contact rubbers.
let dry for 15 mins to be sure no condensate moisture or metho is left on boards or button assly
reassemble by layering parts and clip together
reinsert batteries and test
This process will cure most dodgy button problems. If they are still not good, then a new rubber contact sheet may need to be fitted. In the case of universal remotes, cost will probably dictate buying a new one anyway. Good luck and go FixYa!!
