Cannot access microphone recordings to my mp3 player nor can I find the manual for the information to look it up.

You can download music on your computer then plug your RCA in it goes to music player u should be able to download or for an eaiser way got o your music then download

RCA th1611-A mp3 player not recognized by software

This item is a USB2.0 device. Older computers use USB1.0 and new computers USB3.0. Depending on your computer age, this may not be recognized. I suggest you make certain all USB device drivers are up-to-date.

Wont load past the "please wait" screen

Check to see if the player needs a firmware update or if there is a reset on it. Also try different USB ports on your PC to see if when you plug it in it recognizes the player and maybe needs firmware. If you have more trouble try the RCA website or call customer service. Good luck.

RCA TH1611 MP3 Player Wont work

I just fixed my issue. I went to the website listed here and reloaded my software. It erased everything, but I just loaded all my music back on after it reset. It now works and is good to go. http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/voxrightnow.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2241
