I have glb-502t Dlink modem and i have vista installed on my laptop. On installing this modem its says that the driver CD dosenot have any driver. Same driver i have putin my Desktop and its runnig normally.
how can u help me

Hi,
The Dlink device came with drivers which works in Windows XP.
I installed vista driver from dlink website, but its of no use, it still doesn't work in Vista.
Well Dlink WORKS BEST in Ubuntu (Linux), without any driver installation. Either USB or LAN.
Use Ubuntu Linux.
Use only RJ-45 socket for Windows Vista. D-Link has cheated the people.

Hi, I recently bought a laptop with Vista Starter edition. Connecting it to my existing Modem GLB-502T gives me the same message that the necessary driver for USB connection does not exist on my driver CD of D-link. Contacting D-Link for the same has not been very successful. Can you help?

THE SAME SCENARIO EXISTS WITH ME .. I BOUGHT A NEW LAPTOP AND TRIED TO RUN THE GLB-502T MODEM WITH IT AND IT COULDNT BE EVEN INSTALLED ... ON CONTACTING THE D LINK OFFICE THEY SAY SEARCH FOR DRIVERS ON THE WEBSITE OF DLINK BUT TO MY SHOCK THE SITE HAS GOT NO MENTION OF THIS MODEL ONLY.. PLEASE SUGGEST A WAY OUT .
