I have a customer who has an Aqualux model # 250 whirlpool tub. He broke one of the jets from behind the tub (at the plastic pipe joint). I'm trying to find where I can get replacement part(s). Help?

hello Tami!
That particular jet is probably clogged.
You can find special cleaners NON ABRASIVE at your local hardware stores.
Be sure to tell them what cleaners you are looking for to make sure it is a non-abrasive type.
Or call in for service. Here is a link that may be helpful to you.
Best of Luck,

This sounds to me like maybe the circuit that recognizes the water in the tub may be malfunctioning. What is the model number of the control under the tub?
The workings of a bath jet...From the inside of the Bath there is a wall fitting that threads from the inside of the tub into the jet body located on the outside wall of the tub. If the jet is leaking at this point behind the tub then you should take the wall fitting out of the tub and put a small bead of 100% RTV silicone around the flange of the wall fitting and reinstall it. If however, the leak is from the PVC piping going into the jet then you will need to replace the jet.
no there is no solutions for plugging off the jets so the water doesn't go in them. you will have to pull the tub and repair the lines. no access panel just means you have to dig in!
