Not able to edit the speed dial in Nokia N95.

We cannot help you unless we know the correct model/platform of your phone. In general
In nokia phones, you can call 1-9 and it will ask "speed dial not assigned. do you want to assign it now?". Select yes, and now you can add a contact to that speed dial number. Note that usually, digit O in speed dial is reserved for voice mailbox number.

Dear Friend, You have To do Following...

• To assign a number key to a phone number, select Menu
• Tools
• Speed dial. Scroll to the number key (2 - 9) on the screen, and select Options > Assign.

There we can assign the number as speed dial.

To assign a number to a speed dialing key, select Menu > Address Book > Speed
