To download SMART GPRS phone settings:

Key in “GPRS ON” and send to “333′

They will have to activate GPRS from their end and will provide with the settings

First, call your phone's service provider.
Ask them if your phone can support gprs (if you don't know that already)
If it's supported, ask
them to activate gprs for your phone.
