Thanks for using FixYa. You’ll need to reset the Laptop as
per the procedure given as under---
Remove all the connections to and
from the Laptop. Now remove the battery and press and hold the power on button for
2 minutes. Release the power on button. Slip in the battery pack. Plug in the
power to the laptop and to the wall. Please do not plug in any other devices
and now try the Laptop powering it on to resolve the issue.

Try clicking on the fn, f3, or f7 key to unlock it. It sounds like it's locked. Different functions keys work for different kinds of computers. It should have a keypad emblem with an x across it.
If you type in Administrator, and press enter, then it should bypass your password.
