Go to support and tell them what you need. On big fish that is.

Why are you being charged every month? Is that part of a special program where you build points for a free game? If you go to BFG and click on support and keep clicking it as you probably will not get help under the frequently asked questions. Then tell them what you want to do.

Right mouse click on the program and run as administrator if you do not have admin privilege then you must create a admin account.. Sounds like you in a school or institution which blocked them so I would talk to the admin first.

Contact BFG and click on "help' and they will tell you what to do to fix it. You will probably have to run "Dr. Felix" which gives them the info they need to correct the probllem

You will have to get in contact with Big Fish Games to stop this. If you can not get in contact with Big Fish Games, if you call your credit card company and explain the situation, they will put a block on the transaction and once the Big Fish Games sees the money is being rejected, they will stop or try to contact you and then you can give them an ear full.

Another thing to note: If you know you never purchased games from the Big Fish Games company, your credit card information may have been leaked at some other website or store you have been to and now the thief is "testing" to see if the account is active by using it on websites such as Big Fish Games. You may want to get a new card and cut this one up.
