Have you tried ejecting your battery pack? I've had a problem like this. But I don't recall the green light coming on for 15 seconds. Anyway, try ejecting the battery pack and putting it back in. If that doesn't work, then... I tried.

try to turn it on using the ac adapter
try to do power cycle by removing the battery and then holding the power switch on the on possition for 15 seconds
if this does not work it might your board needs replacement
Maybe you could charge it for a couple of hours. If that doesnt work You might be holding the button to long the psp has hold flick the button up quickly
ill put it to ya point blank
he bricked his psp.
you should try to get ahold of another psp that has a cracked screen or somethin and switch the mother boards out...
or take it to a game shop like gamestop and have them put in another motherboard
yes it sounds like you need a new on off swich ? which you can perches of ebay ? but before you do that i sugest you try some one ells battery in the psp if works then you found your problem
Remove the battery for 15 minutes, connect the AC Adapter and install the battery again. It that doesn't work, remove the battery again, wait 15 minutes, install it and plug the AC Adapter. It's a weird problem but in my PSP i get around that way.
