Where can I find a replacment battery for Coolpix 8800

The Nikon 8800 uses the EN-EL7 battery. One source for the battery is the manufacturer, but they want about USD 66 for one.

System Error 2 on Nikon Coolpix 8800 is usually after blow, even the small one, when you or somebody kick the camera and yes, FULL RESET on Set Up mode is just one solution. It's camera's error not the card.

If the error is still displayed, contact Nikon's Service Department (below). If the above tips do not help the camera must be sent to Nikon Service, there are no user serviceable parts on Nikon Coolpix cameras.

unplug battery for a few min. and put back in.

Check the memory card. It's probably damaged. If not it should be a software error, and you have to take it to the dealer where you purchased it from

Do you have some needle nose pliers you could grab it with? I wouldn't shake the camera though. Never good on this kind of equipment.
