Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

Let it charge for 12h or overnight(even if no light) ,light will be up when unit charge itself to some point .

You have to make sure your blue tooth device is in discovery mode .most blue tooth manufactures use the power button by holding it down for 6 to 10 seconds while turning your bt device on ,once in discovery mode they should pair but you will need a pin or pairing code.Most blue tooth device manufactures use a factory 4 digit pin they are as follows 0000,1234,1111, or 9999 i hope this helps
