I really need a manual for this machine.
making xmas hats using red traxsuiting material
stitches ok (using all four needled)
material bunching though
tried adjusting settings near needles (1-5)
still bunching
replacedcutterand oiled and cleaned
still doing the same.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Two things make sure your threading it in the right order. your upper looper first then your lower looper then your needles. If your doing that then change your needles and if your using cheap thread on an overlock it just wont sew right. You need to use a good quality thread on overlocks. Hope that helps
Even if you are unable to find a manual for your particular model, similar models usually thread the same or similarly. Just be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the machine so the thread will seat in the tension disks.
There is usually a diagram behind the cover/door on front right. slide to right and pull down to reveal diagram under door. Janome MyLock 234 Instruction Book Page 8
