RTH230B honeywell thermostate (programmable) I need toknowhow to program (once) to have the heat stay on 69 degrees, Monday through Sunday

I have a T8000 Honeywell Thermostat - need to know how to program only once - for constant heat throughout the day at 68 degrees and down to 66 at night. Owner's manual only gives options which don't work for me as I am home throughout the day and night.

We purchased a T8700C Honeywell Electronic Round Programmable Thermostat. I have the owner's guide and have followed the instructions to program the unit for 60 degrees day and night. Impossible! It doesn't work the way the instructions are written. Maybe it's me. Help!

I turn it off and freeze or sweat to death at 68 degrees. This is a sun room- an addition that has electric base board heating. We're not always in the room.Next time - no programmable for me!

I have a Honeywell Programmable Thermostat, T8011R. The users guide for the T8000 series can be found at:
http://www.honeywell.com.au/business/acs/acp/ecc/ec/residential/identify.html

To keep your temperature at a single setting, just enter the temperature at every period, i.e. WAKE, LEAVE, RETURN AND SLEEP for both the Monday through Friday time frame and the same for the weekend. I do this at 55 degrees when I'm going to be out of town.
To 'Guest' , enter your 68 degrees at WAKE, LEAVE and RETURN, then enter 66 degrees at SLEEP. Do this for the Monday through Friday time frame and again for the Saturday - Sunday time frame.

How to change thermostat

The Termostat fit inside the Termostat Housing. It normally links to one of the radiator hoses leading from the engine block or radiator. Depending on the model you have, the termostat housing needs to be opened, the old termostat removed and the new termostat inserted. It's quiet simple. Before closing up, make sure that the both surfaces on the housing are clean and free from dirt and old sealant. If you remove a gasket, then replace with new gasket. If the housing takes a rubber O ring, then it is advisable to replace this.

Thermostat

You must to remove the timing belt to get to the engine thermostat.
The termostat is located behind the timing cover.
Acessing the termostat is not an easy tast, as you have to remove the timing belt to get at it.

If instead you are talking about the radiator fan termic switch, you find it mounted on radiator, where fun wirings get plugged in.
