Get an electrician. you need to follow the code for the size of wire to use based on number of amps of the motor and how far away the pump is from the power outlet.

VIDEO INSTRUCTION ON T104 CONNECTION

There are many ways to wire T104 timer, depending on what type of load you are controlling and which voltage you have, plus the timer can be converted into different voltages by changing clock motor, or clock motor wiring.
I don't know how a video could cover all those different ways.
Copy following link for clear illustrations:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html

Maybe you could use each diagram on link above, and made this video yourself and post it on utube

My tub does not want to stay running when i press the button, you have to hold the button down for it to work

the buttons on most of the tubes are pressurized air when u push it sounds like a bad button or hose it could even be the little air sylenoid that clicks on and of when the air is forced against it when u press the button 1st check the hoses for leaks 2nd remove hose and verify the button works

Grounding wire# 8 cooper

The # 8 wire is a bonding wire for the hot tub or jacuzzi. It is to interconnect all the metal parts and equipment associated with the unit, pump, pipes, handrails, and also now there is a bushing that goes in the piping run to bond the water itself .
This wire will be incdentally connected to the electrical ground when it is bonded to the motor body.

I have a new water heater. However, its capacity

Hi,
No you cannot safely increase the output of a tankless water heater. The alternatives would be to install a heater in your Jacuzzi or to add a tank type water heater to hold water for the tub and then run the haot water from the tankles into the tank. This way all the tank is doing is holding water for you to use and not heating it. Kinda defeats one of the purposes of having a tankles though.
Only other option would be to exchange the tankles for a higher ouput one. Also an exspensive option.

Black soot in my jacuzzi tub

sounds like the rubber seals are going bad, does it recomend to run cascade thru the jets? this might be harmful to the gaskets and the pump, you maight want to disconnect the hose and flush out the tubes going around the tub, but I would call jacuzzi and ask them if this is good to run thru there, thye might be able to help you with the gaskets, questions over the phone do not cost you, call them, ask for repairs section good luck
