    why not ask them for help, fixya has no software, all we can do is point to the OBVIOUS

    if you go to other place you will get an virus
    learn that w8 and w10 driver may not exist. for old web cams. learn , buy new cam for $10 and end it.

    i see the free driver there is stamped, 2004
    and code name for $CHICAGO$" = windows 95.

    if you google you see endless posters world wide"lost my CD" and not solved. and lots if infections doing bad things.
    ask the maker for support or retire it. (do not get infected, ok?)

    2004 software there is super old, and no good now, 2021;

    the answer is and always is, ask the maker first.
    ask them even contact them, personally.
    their web site stinks, so.... avoid them and upgrade to modern cam for sure running w10 , for sure.

    I see they deleted all the old camera's sold a decade or more old.
    time to move on, no? upgrade.
    go wild and spend $10 on ebay (new only never used cameras web, most are now dead for suport)
    or learn to buy top brand , like Logitech (100% supported.

    the driver and the OS must match.
    as do the camera apps. too. (XP stuff does not run now) period.

Quantum qhm 100 lm webcam driver free download
1st You download Webcam Driver.
Quantum qhm 100 lm webcam driver free download
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Hi, below are two links for you to download those lost drivers
the first is for xp the second is for vista depending on what yopu use

When you download them they are in .rar format just double click the .rar file to expand it
