1 Press [FAX], then press [Menu].
2 Use [< ] or [> ] to select <MEMORY REFERENCE>.
3 Press [OK].
4 Use [< ] or [> ] to select <PRINT DOCUMENT> or <DELETE DOCUMENT>.
▼ If you select <PRINT DOCUMENT>:
1. Press [OK]. 2. Use [<] or [> ] to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to print, or enter the number using the Numeric Keys. If you are unsure of the transaction number, print the DOC. MEMORY LIST. (See "Printing A List Of Documents In Memory".)
3. Press [OK]. 4. Press [< ] to print the first page only, or press [> ] to print all pages of the document. 5. To print another document, return to branch-step 2, or to finish printing, go to step 6. ▼ If you select <DELETE DOCUMENT>:
1. Press [OK]. 2. Use [< ] or [> ] to select <ALL PRINTED DOCS.> or <1 DOCUMENT>. – <ALL PRINTED DOCS.>: Deletes all the printed documents stored in memory.
– <1 DOCUMENT>: Deletes a single document stored in memory.
3. Go to step 5. 5 Press [OK].
▼ If you selected <ALL PRINTED DOCS.> above:
1. Press [< ]. Press [> ] to cancel deleting, and the machine returns to the standby mode.
If you selected <1 DOCUMENT> above:
1. Use [< ] or [> ] to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to delete, or enter the number using the Numeric Keys. If you are unsure of the transaction number, print the DOC. MEMORY LIST. (See "Printing A List Of Documents In Memory".)
2. Press [OK]. 3. Press [< ]. Press [>] to cancel deleting, and the machine returns to the LCD of branch-step 1.
4. To delete another document, return to branch-step 1, or to finish deleting, go to step 6. 6 Press [Stop/Reset].

Printer is not working

It is possible that the FAX in the memory is causing the problem. Try unplugging the printer from the wall and leave it off for a minute or two to see if it will clear the memory

Deleting scanned information from all-in-one printers' hard drive

The Canon doesn't have a hard drive, it only stores images until they are printed and only in flash memory. There will be no personal information left on it if you discard, unless you have phone numbers stored in fax memory.

Software for canon pixma mp780

Not knowing where you are from, I can only give the following help.

Do a Google search using the following text:

pixma mp780 +driver

Note the "+driver" (no space between the "+" and the word "driver").

This will bring up a lot of sites where you can dowload the drivers.

Fax problem

tk, Unplug the printer from the electrical source for 2 minutes or so.(i.e. wall plug)Plug the printer back into the wall and turn it on...That should clear the machine to get it to a workable state. http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=SupportDetailAct&fcategoryid=238&modelid=10444 this site should be able to help you.
