I had previously set my Jabra up with a samsung phone. I recently upgradded to the enV and it isnt recognizing the Jabra. Is there a way I have to reset the bluetooth?
Jabra headsets sometimes have a different way of being put into discovery mode. Most headsets just have you press and hold the big call button on it. Some jabra headsets require you to JUST hold down both volume buttons and some other jabra headsets require you to hold down ALL buttons on the headset to put it in discovery mode (or pairing mode as they sometimes call it)
Try of those combinations ... The light will stay solid when it's in discovery mode... Once the light is solid THEN have the EnV search for headsets.
