If the plastic blue clip on your Oreck Magnesium vacuum cleaner has broken, you will need to replace it to keep the bag securely attached to the vacuum. Here are the steps to replace the clip:
Locate the broken clip. It is usually located on the underside of the vacuum, near the bag opening.
Remove the broken clip by gently prying it off with a flat-head screwdriver or a similar tool. Be careful not to damage the surrounding area.
Obtain a replacement clip. You may be able to purchase a replacement clip from an Oreck dealer or online retailer.
Attach the replacement clip to the vacuum. The clip should snap into place and hold the bag securely.
Test the clip to make sure it is properly attached and holding the bag securely.
If it is the pull out handle that has broken this is a common problem with this bag. No spare parts are available im afraid.. If it is still under guarantee take it back.
In less than a year, your laptop should not have broken pieces, no matter what protective case you use. Unless you have mishandled, which you have not, the corners should be intact. The fact that you use a case and the pieces have broken, is even more significant to me. You should be able to take the laptop out of the case daily or many times daily without problems. The laptop is faulty.
Since your laptop is still under warranty, contact Toshiba repair. They should at least replace the chassis, where it is broken (if I am understanding you correctly).
