In my Nokia 7610, nevigation buttons are not working. Due to this I m not able to do anything on my hanset. I had opened all parts of it and tried to clean it with sprit. But problem still exist. Can u help?
you could perform a hard format on your phone by switching it off, then press *,3 , call button , simultaneously as you power it up. it will remove everything and restore your phone. performing a backup is good idea before this operation. if helped, please give me a good rating
download the software nokia pc suit from europe.nokia.com after it installs then open it
click on the software update tab a new software will be download and then run it .
connect your mobile to pc , then open the application . it will autometiaclly will format all nokia mobiles..
you need to format your phone but you may lose all your memory details.

there is a cut line between the board, because the 456 a the same line in the outer key, so you need to jumper it , if you dont know let the technician do it, JUMPER
