LG Xenon touch screen won't respond. Phone was dropped and screen damaged. We purchased a new screen and put that in. Now the picture is back but the screen won't respond to the touch.

I know what you mean.. i have the same phone and all i've had is problems.. all you can do is call at&t and see if they can replace it with a new one.. Ive gotten three from them and still they break.. There's no other way around it.... sorry
well if you've had it for 30 days or less then you can get it another one or get your money back, but if its been over 30 days then yuo can contact your wireless provider and see if theyll fix it for you
Try going into settings and go back to factory default,See if that resets your phone (but make sure you back up your contacts just in case you lose them.
