The FH205 isn't the same as a PQS Monika, there are 3 buttons, the one in the lower right just lights up the small digital display, then there are ones on the top left, and bottom left, and a dial on the right center.

To set the digital display time, you simply change the mode to time with the bottom left button. Press and hold the top left until the seconds start to flash.
Use the bottom right button to set the time you want, using the top left to switch from seconds, to minutes, to hours (on a 12 hour display, if you need PM, keep cycling the hours until the small PM text appears to the right of the display). After hours will be 12/24 setting, then back to normal operating mode.
You can repeat the same steps above by switching to date view, and press-and-hold the top left button again, and set the month, day, and day-of-the-week.
The analog time is a simple matter of pulling the crown out and turning to the appropriate time.

SOURCE: i need a setting guide

Hi,

The movement in this Elgin is made by Citizen. After you change the battery, you need to reset the hands so that the watch functions properly. Select chronograph function with lower-right button. Then pull-out the same button. Push the upper left button to select the UTC, hour, and minute hands. Then use lower-left and upper-right buttons to make sure everything is aligned to 12:00 position. After setting the hands to 12:00, push in lower right button. Now you can set the time by selecting the SET using the lower right button. Pull out the same button and choose your time zone to set. Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.
