Sanyo tv codes

The codes listed by Sanyo for my TV won't work in my star Choice remote.
I tried 017 021 039 056 057 058 and 140 as listed by Sanyo.
Any ideas?

I lost the manual to my ge remote and i need the code to program the remote to my sanyo t.v.

Okay first of all you all can push setup on your t.v. and your 4 DIGITE CODE SHOUULD B RIGHT THERE.......IF NOT BUY A MANUALL FOR 50 AT RASHIOSHACK JUST ASK.... DUH

I have a Sanyo 34" HDTV that I got on CL. It Came with a Direct TV remote that will power on and off the TV and control volume. That's it! Trying activate the remote completely. I tried the Sanyo Codes but nothing seems to happen. I'm willing to admit I could be doing something wrong. Any suggestion?

HELP!!---i have a "SANYO-CE26LD47-B)television, i also have an external "hardrive"with films on,that i want to watch through my televsion,via the "usb" connection on the television...some films work,some don't, and a notice comes up saying"invalid (or) unsupported file",some even play and no sound!!---so is there any way of getting it sorted or is it just the way hardrive is formatted??
