I keep dragging music to the file manager box but it wont drop. it keeps telling me "no mp3 music recognize. how do i download music to the mp3 player?

I drag and drop my music, but no matter what I do, my walkman just says no data. I have tried all sony sites I can find. they just say this model is 'drag and drop', but mine wont.

when i put music on my mp3 and then i take it safely then go to plug the head phones in and press play it says that there is nothing on it even thought when i plug it back in it says i have musece on there.
