Water Leaking and not coming out from the nozzel

I have Saeco Incanto Sirius machine which I bought from auction and has 1 year warranty. A few days after the purchase it had the above problem and I tok it to the company that gave the warranty. He said it was blokage and fixec it. Now after a couple of months I have that same problem. Before i take it back, pls advise if this is a on going issue with Saeco? Also my friend has an earlier Saeco model and his machine has real fine grind but mine is not that fine-pls suggest what can I do? I have put the grind on the sallest "dot".

I could not find this whole after taking the brew group out.  But the brew group badly needed cleaning.  Where exactly is this hole?

Thank you thank you!!! This problem has been irking us for months! The people in our company adore the coffee the Saeco Incanto Sirius makes so we just lived with the leak. The fix was such a simple thing, heh.

I used a cable tie to clean out the hole. The hole is very small - a design mistake, I'd say - and when I unclogged it I could see the cable tie coming out and coffee sludge flowing into the drip tray.

If you remove the brew group there is a white nozzle with 2 o-rings inset in the machine. Below this, there is a space where overflow water runs and drips into the drip tray. There is a small hole that allows water to flow into tray. This can get clogged with grounds and then it will overflow and leak under the drip tray and under the machine. Clean the grounds out of the hole when it does this.

Cheers.

Thank you for the solution. I cleared the blockage with my dental water jet. I'm sure Saeco knows about this problem as it will eventually affect every machine. Why don't they say something??

My saeco Incanto Sirius machine never works. It seems the touch screen is not working. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with my one when it was new, the dealer admitted they know about some faulty touch screen units and replaced mine free of charge. Credits to the Saeco dealer in Reykjavik, he did so with no obligation, my machine had warranty somewhere else in the world, good will.

Try lifting the water tank and make sure it is pressed along the back of the machine when you put it back in.

My saeco s-class incanto sirius machine keeps say replace water filter & ventilate even after I replaced filter

Sounds to me that water is not getting to the pump. Try charging the water filter before using by letting it sit in some water for about 5 mins.
