It sounds like you have a busted coupler. It's what connects the motor to the transmission. They will bust, letting the machine work unless it's under a load. It then spreads out and the motor shaft spins inside the coupler.
I do not have this kind of washer, but I had same problem with my washer and I found the drain trap was full not allowing washer to completely drain. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
