Zune display a window that show messafge 5 Contact support
If it says "contact support" restoring it will not work anymore. listen to the zune's hard drive. if it spins but makes a repeittive noise, the HDD is broken. if it doesn't spin at all either the hard drive of the motherboard may be broken. on the 80gb zune it's usually the logic board or the hard drive cable that causes this. there is a zune repair tutorial online gives you an idea on how to do the replacement yourself. parts are on ebay.
