Binatone digital cordless toelpnone 552/8178

You directed this question at me, but unfortunately I am not able to provide you with a "real" solution at this time. FixYa has informed me that by providing you with this "solution" your question will then be made visible to other experts; hopefully one of them will be able to provide you with a real solution.
It would also help if you asked a question, instead of just naming the phone/answering machine.
Thank you for using FixYa.

My akai dlp tv turns itself off then it flashes

I had a similar problem with my Phillips 42 in. LCD HD TV.

Here's the problem. The Power Supply Board. I opened my TV up(warranty was up of course) and found several bad capacitors. Phillips and several other companies were sold capacitors that although were highly rated failed within 5 years because of a lack of preservatives. All sorts of electronic equipment is now being effected due to these defective capacitors.
Solutions?
1. Take it in and have it fixed
2. Open it up, check the board for faulty capacitors(bulged or leaking) Buy a new Power supply board and install it.
3. Remove PSB, remove faulty capacitors and replace with compatible new ones.

Hope this helps

AKAI LCT2715 will not turn on gives blinking

This series of TVs has a famous issue with the power board (part number MLT166A or similar). Several capacitors and zener diodes burn out causing some resistors to burn as well. If you are capable of doing component level repairs check capacitors on the board and zeners Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5 and resistors around them. If you prefer to spend hundred bucks and simply buy the working power board for it - ebay is your answer.

Akai 2662

I have to assume that your post is some question concerning the SMPS on the Akai TV and then further assume that you're dealing with a dead condition??? That given, you probably need to replace several caps on the SMPS that can be ordered as a kit. The kit supplies 19 caps in-all (4) 3300/35v, (8) 2200/25v, (6) 1000/10v and (1) 1000/16v the last seven 1000uf caps can all be 16v if you order the smaller style.
That is assuming you are experiencing a dead condition on your set. It is best if you can give a tech a little more to go on than "power suply" if you're actually wanting any real help.

Wireless router working fine, randomly stopped working.

you are not really reseting the wireless by shutting it off or unplugging it to reset it there is a little hole in the back of the divise stick a needle or a pen tip in the hole and hold it for 3 to 5 seconds then at the same time unplug the power ffrom the back then plug back in and start installation over again it worked for me good luck
