I chang new battry on my go 510,but it do not

Excuse me but your queston is rather confused. It is supposed to be a question bout a laptop and you are talking bout charging a keyboard.
In any case, did you check the level of the charge before you turn toe keyboard on? It discharged immediately? This means that your battery is absolutely dead and you should get a new battry for your device

may be battry is outdated or extra fully charged thats why sometimes it react like this or the size also bigger than normal battry so try new battry or check the PIN which is connected to battry when u put battry in mobile...thank you

Is the battery fully charged? Try charging the battery for 24 hours and then try turning it on again.

If battries still blinking , chances are that the battries are buggred...try new battries after fully charging...this is cheaper option to try before trying to open the camera..
