Shipment problems i changed me address on amazon since ive recently moved. but my package was shipped and "delivered" to my old address. even though as proof my new address is stated as the shipping address on my e-mail reciept. im notsure where togo from here..

You need to contact Amazon about this issue. They customer service is pretty good and they're usually accommodating if you have the proof it wasn't your fault.

AMZL tracking # TBA35165017000 shows it was delivered at 10:46 AM but is NO WHEREto be found. Even checked with nieghbors

Contact the shipping company and verify the address to which the package was delivered. It's possible there's an error in the address. If so, contact the company that sent the package to find out what shipping address they have on file for that order.

It's also possible the package was stolen from in front of your door after delivery.

IDQ 40544690403. Amazon tried to deliver a parcel to my work address this afternoon! Could it pleased be re delivered on Monday to the same address

Contact the seller and verify that they have shipped it. If it has been lost in transit it can be traced to it's last location. If it has been delivered the tracking number will show this. In this case it would appear that someone else has gotten your package. Report this immediately to Amazon . They will most likely ship a new order. If by chance your delivery carrier has turned the package to the postal department, they will have a trace on the package . If Amazon tells you that this is what happened, contact your post office about this. Keep a good clear calm voice, it will carry you further.

Why don't you ask this question, on the website from the firm you ordered these lights?
I think it is there you can get an answer. We also try to answer questions, of most technical problems, but we don't sell things, we don't ship things.

I shipped a package to the wrong address and have delivery confirmation that it was delivered. I can't get the person who received the package to respond to me

this happend to me when I posted to the wrong address on ebay I never got any responce for a month then out of the blue it turned up, I think you just go to hope they are good people and do the right thing and return it to you.

You should check with retailer since they have packaging tracking and even a lost shipment function.
