Generally, there are two ways to reset forgotten HP BIOS password. One is forcing BIOS/CMOS to reset itself to its stored defaults by removing all power to it. The other is to use a program to either locate or identify the password and reveal it to you or erasing the password entirely.

Everything I am reading on this indicates you have to conmtact HP for the hardware password, otherwise that motherboard will irrevocably locked. There dosen't seem to be a shorting out method to reset the bios to factory defaults

you have to remove bios battery once. after remove start your system enter to bios its all resetted. switch off system and put bios battery and restore default setting for bios.
