Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.

When i go to a google related website like google it says that the site appears to be broken. When I click sign in on youtube it says that the page cannot be found. It's only me because I asked people and they said that they have no problem. Please help me out. This happened already so I want to know how to fix it and stop it from happening again.

Error 102 facbook

1. Make sure you have no viruses in your system. Check it by strong tool, for example AVP tool http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/avptool2011?level=2
Switch off your antivirus before scan
2. Check or set to default your internet firewall settings.
3. Delete the chrome and crashreport subfolders from C:\Users\%your_name%\AppData\Local\Google\
4. Install chrome anew

Chrome will not connect, displaying this error, Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

Scan your computer for malware/viruses and remove anything harmful you find (if anything)
Clear cookies.
Make sure Google Chrome is allowed by your antivirus and/or firewall.

It sounds like your internet connection is down, can you view any other websites? Try visiting a random link from google, otherwise you may be viewing pages already stored on your computer.

Error 102 when trying to connect to google chrome

Google chrome gives me this error:
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.

Firefox gives me this error:
Failed to connect. The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.google.com.

IE gives me this error:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
There might be a typing error in the address.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

i can't log onto my facebook. It was working fine and my friend was having issues with her facebook, so i let her use my computer. After she log onto it my facebook wasnt working either. i keep getting this message Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error. do you know what i can do to fix it??
