ONKYO TX-DS575X - Speaker B not working

All of a sudden we can not get speakers B to work. A couple of days ago we had the volumne on very high. Is there a fuse or reset button that may require resetting?

The audio does not work for speaker A or B. It was working at one point, but when I turned off and on again it did not have sound.

You may have blown one of the speakers. Put a different set on them to test this theory.

My onkyo tx-ds575x lost power in a storm and now I get no audio from it. The sony bravia tv has sound but the onkyo won't send it to the speakers.

Hi,
Please reset Onkyo receiver that will solve noisy sound problem, to reset the receiver, press and hold Video-1 button on unit and press Speaker-A button. Display will show *Clear* that means receiver has been restore on default settings, turn it On and check sound.
Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Onkyo tx 906 amp

1) I bought the same Onkyo model from goodwill a couple years ago and it had the same problem. The solution is simple: Get yourself some Deoxit D5. This is a spray that will clean out all the oxidation in the volume pot. To do this you'll need to remove the cover of the receiver. Deoxit can be bought at guitar shops, or if you know a musician they might be willing to do it for you.

2) User manual is available for download, for free. Google "Onkyo tx-906 receiver manual".
