Hi all I have a candy bianaca washer dryer. When I switch it on it says welcome amd then shows long numbers across the screen. Wont let me select a wash or anything. Does its own cycle when turned on then lights continuously flash and doesn't do anything. Please help
It could be the NTC ? two small wires between the heat main wiring. Or Possible the heater is leaking to earth. You would need a meter to test , NTC should be about 18kohm
clean the filter empty the machine at the drain filter !!!
check for rubbish in the pump viens {power OFF}
kirby grips clothes wires coins etc
perhaps you dont have the manual how to keep it clean
This is a problem of the dryer being too cold. What you need to do is turn it off when all the lights flash (using the dial) then turn it back on again and start the cycle again. Repeat until it keeps going.
This is a real PITA. I spoke to their customer services about it and
told me what to do. It seems the sensors in it are not happy in cold
weather!
Mine takes 6 to 10 go's in very cold weather. I find it's best to get it warmed up when empty as the hot air gets to the sensors more quickly.
found the problem,unplug machine pull out remove back cover screws look in side machine,there is a black pipe on right hand side bottom of machine,that is the drain pipe to the pump,remove jublie clips and check for blockages,mine was blocked refit cover and put machine on normal cycle to clean,
