My usb flashdisk become raw data

1). Do not format this hard drive before you've recovered all your stored data back. In your case, the formatting process may erase everything on your drive and make your data gone permanently.
2). Never save anything new on this drive in case that any new file would rewrite your original data.
3). Plunge this drive to your computer and download a RAW drive data recovery freeware to get back all your lost data back:

5). Format this drive to see whether it is fixable.

You've better learn a lesson not to remove USB flash drive or external drive out from PC without clicking safely remove hardware tool again! Of course, creating several important drive data backups stored elsewhere is also what you should keep in mind all the time.
However, now, since your USB drive has become RAW, in order to take your desired drive data back before any format. You are supposed to stop adding new information on this drive and use data recovery software to recover the lost data from external hard disk or flash drive with RAW file system.

There's no way to format a raw usb drive.
Trying to format it is a waste of time, it wont work

OKay first, don't format it if you want to recover the data and try zar recovery.. im sure they have a free trial, if not theres lots of other data recover trials free online for recovering your data.

After this its simple to format the disk, just go to my computer, right click on it under removable storage and then go to format
