How do I transfer pictures and videos from my LG VU Mobile phone to my PC, and vice versa?

You can use your data cable to transfer files to PC and vice versa also use the bluetooth to trasfer files between your computers and phones

Music transfer is not supported by Lg cookie. I had tried everything the only way is that connect your phone in usb data transfer mode and copy files on a memory card.

if you have bluetooth you could do it with that
or did your phone come with a usb cable and disk to enable the transfers

either way did you get a user booklet with your phone

Simple as ABC, you must have LG USB Connector or blue tooth device, then LG drivers or LG PC suite then you can transfer your files to your CP vice versa.

You will need PC Sync Software that will allow you to connect the KG290 to your Computer through the USB Port. The PC Sync Software is supplied with the Disc provided with KG290.

To connect your LG handset to the PC all you need to do is download PC Sync software using LG Software Updater Application. This can be downloaded from “Products > Manual & Software.”

Please click on "How to install the LG Mobile Phone Software Update Tool and download drivers" to download the PC Sync Software.

Once you download and install the PC Sync Software, you are ready to transfer the pictures from Computer to KG290 or vice-versa.

have u tried saving your info to your mirco sd card and using sd card reader to get your info to your computer

yeah sure u can use their r many versions go for a new version nd they are IVT BLUESOLIL,ENTER their r many more available brand in market after installation of bluetooth drivers pair ur mobile with pc ur work is done......

Bertha, I would suggest trying a sync cable. Pictures are stored under the "Graphics" folder, Videos are stored under the "Videos" folder.

i think u cant find the sophisticated softwares pertaining to samsung in the net . So do a thing . get a bluetooth device connected to ur pc. Install the necessary drives for the bluetooth device . now switch on the bluetooth in ur phone ,,,, and transfer ur pictures via bluetooth

you don't need to be the most computer literate just to transfer pictures from your mobile to your PC or vice-versa..all you just need are: your USB cable and your V3i.

There are a lot of ways of transferring data but this one i am going to tell is the most easiest way.

From PC to Mobile Memory Card Only (Vice-Versa)
Using USB Cable
1. On your V3i, go to:
-> Settings
-> Connection
-> USB Settings
-> Default Connection
-> select Memory Card(if you have one)
2. Connect your mobile to your PC. Your PC should detect your mobile memory card. If Pop-up window appears asking for some actions you should take, you may cancel it or select the "Open Folder" list from the list box.
3. If no pop-up window appears, Open your Windows Explorer or the My Computer at your Desktop.
4. You must see your mobile memory card now from the list of icons. It will look something like a drive letter "E" or "F". If you have a single hard drive with no partitions, single CD or DVD drive, your hard drive is your letter "C", your CD or "DVD" is your letter "D" and your mobile memory card will be your letter "E".(weew! This is the reason why I don't take a teaching career).
5. Open that drive and you will see one folder inside named "Picture". Open it.
6. Inside that folder you should see your pictures from your mobile memory card. (Unless it is empty)
7. Your pictures is now ready for transfer.

Transferring files is easy as copy/cut-and-paste. You can transfer pictures from PC to your mobile as easy as that and vice-versa.
