Can I get your hotspot so I can get on facebook at school

Most schools enable a firewall to restrict you from visiting inappropriate websites, images or other material. Unfortunately sometimes they block perfectly legitimate stuff, which sometimes you need to access for a school assignment. In these cases, here are a couple tips for bypassing your schools internet security.

Try putting "https://" before the web address, instead of just http://, this works a lot of the time if the website supports it. If your school has not already blocked it, you can go to www.sefreak.com and sign in to the portal using the username student and the password random1 to gain access to a really quick proxy. If your school frequently updates the block-list, and you want to always stay informed about the latest proxy websites, you can sign up for a mailing list here: http://www.peacefire.org/circumventor/ If you have access to your own computer, consider computer programs such as UltraSurf or HotSpot Shield which help get around internet censorship. For the more technologically-inclined, you can set up your own proxy server using a running computer connected to the internet at home, or using Google Apps: http://lifehacker.com/5484934/run-your-own-free-proxy-through-the-google-app-engine

My school is good at blocking websites and i dont know how to get on facebook

Things you will need is "Guts" and "Guts" everything. Please follow the below steps and enjoy.

1 . FACE BOOK BY PROXY Everyone knows that school is a giant waste of time, especially in America. But the popular thing nowadays is disallowing students the right to waste their own time getting into all kinds of trouble on the Internet when the teacher thinks everyone's grinding away on schoolwork. That's gotta stop. What you need is a proxy. See the resources section below for the freshest batch of unblocked, unknown proxy addresses that you can use to sneak around your school's face book blocking software.

2 . FINDING AN UNBLOCKED PROXY A proxy is essentially a middleman. You're at school and your school doesn't want you accessing Face book, so what you do is get a proxy to do the dirty work for you and bring you and Face book together in Internet bliss. And the whole time you're using face book, the school just sees that you're on some no name website... the proxy site. But it can be more difficult than you think because your school's blocking software is frequently updated to block all the new proxies and naughty websites popping up every day. The trick is to find the freshest proxy lists, that way you know you're using a proxy that your school has probably not yet blocked.

3 . HOW TO WORK THIS THING? Here's one of the newest proxies to pop up in the last few hours: http://969696.Co.CC When you go to the above URL you find a box that says, "Enter the URL Address:" What you're going to want to do right here is enter in the URL address that your school has blocked. In this case it's Face book we're trying to access, so go ahead and type in "http://www.facebook.com" and hit Enter, or for the purists you can click on the Surf Now! button.

4 . WAIT The bad thing about proxies is they tend to be really slow and difficult. Sometimes they work like a charm. Other times they work like a curse. You have to remember that you're using another computer to access a website and then bring that website back to you. Combine this with a school full of slow networks and clogged computer systems and you end up with quite a bit of waiting time on your hands. But if you're sitting on the Internet at school with enough time on your hands to research how to access Face book at school, it's probably safe to say that you don't really have much else better to do anyway.

5 . JOIN THIS FACE BOOK GROUP Ironically enough, one of the top places to find all the newest proxies relevant to unblocking Face book is actually a Face book group. See the resources section below for a link, but do yourself a favor and join this group from your home computer and check out all the newest proxy information at night before school. That way you'll be the hippest dude in school - the dude who can always get on Face book.

Hope the above information will be helpful to you.
Thanks.

Youtube is blocked

Get to You-Tube from work or school, even through a firewall by using an Anonymizer or Private web surfing site For years internet privacy experts have been using anonymizers, Proxies, private web-surfing services and other identity hiding software or services to get to websites privately.
proxy-settings.jpg These anonymizers and Anonymous web surfing services are usually used to hide your tracks while surfing the internet, making it impossible for anyone to trace what web-pages you have visited - but you can also use anonymizers and proxies to access YouTube and other websites at school or work that are blocked by a firewall. These anonymous web surfing services when used together with Firefox will usually let you get around any firewall.
Most web-proxy services or anonymizers are not free, but many do offer partial service for free or a free trial period, which might work for you depending on what type of firewall your school uses.
You may have to try a few different internet anonymous web surfing services or proxies to see which one works best with the firewall that your school or office has. Most of these services do not require you to install any software on the computer you're using at. You simply log into their website from work or school, then use the service to get to YouTube.com or whatever websites your school or business firewall is blocking. You can use these services with or without Firefox.

How an anonymizer gets around a firewall An anonymizer or Private web-surfing service gets around your school's firewall by setting up a connection between your computer and the anonymizer service or proxy, so the firewall only sees the connection from you to them. The anonymizer's computers then connect to YouTube.com (or Hotmail, Myspace, etc) with their internet connection and send the data back to you. To the school's firewall it looks like your computer is connecting to the proxy's web address and not Youtube.com.
Some schools block proxys and anonymous web surfing sites, especially the free ones, so you may have to try a few to find one that works The I.T. guys at your school or in your company's I.T. Department might be smart enough to configure their firewall to block the common proxys and private web-surfing websites and services right along with blocking YouTube.com. Lucky for you, there are LOTS of different internet-proxy and anonymizer services to choose from! You may have to experiment with different proxies until you find one that works with the firewall settings at your school or in your office at work.
There are no guarantees when they block YouTube.com You might only have to try one or two different anonyimizers or web-proxy services before you can connect to YouTube.com from school. You might also try 50 and never find one that works if your school's firewall is really good. The only way to find it is to try. WARNING: The use of web-proxies or anonymizers to bypass firewalls might be against the rules at your school or place of employment. If using proxies is against the rules, use them at your own risk or don't use them at all!
